My Big fat diet

I am not sure if anyone has seen this show, but they had some really good tasty low cal recipes on it.

Also thought the Hairy Bikers Mum knows best show was good too. Some yummy recipes done on that but not healthy,lol.

thanks for that Jo, my parents watch all these diff recipe programmes and then find the recipes.

They decided it was the new 'retirement' thing they were going to do. Nothing is plain and simple for them anymore.

Now I went and looked at the website cos I missed the show, especially as I wanted some ideas for healthy lunches but half of them you cant do if your working during the day???

I need some tips on cheap but filling lunches to get me through the day!

Have you got a microwave at work? I used to make up big batches of veg soup and heat them up at work.

I do the same as Tina. Made parsnip and tomato soup today and will take that to work in a flask tomorrow, or can heat in the microwave.

I LOVE Anna Richardson! I watched the Sex Ed shows she did (with DDs Chloe and Laura) and they were fab. I am annoyed I missed the first one of these - I'll have to watch it on C4oD tomorrow before the next one - at least it doesn't clash with Surviviors

Lesleys husband sits and watches all the food shows and calls through to her in the kitchen if something look interesting.
