So i'm guessing printer ink isn't a perm. ink like stazon... so if I print onto acetate will it just rub off and never dry???

Pretty much, Kate although you may be lucky. I've printed on acetate before.

You can get inkjet acetate though. It has a rougher finish on one side and it works perfectly.

You can try printing on economy or draft and leaving it in the airing cupboard overnight, but it's easier to buy the printable stuff.

Yes, after eleven days of waiting, I gave up, rubbed it off with some blending solution and decided on printable stuff in the end!!

Me too Patty - I've never had success, but the printable stuff is a godsend.

We used to print on it at work when we did presentations, never had any problems with it. I've not really done it at home, never seem to get round to it. Mr Green
