UK Magazines? Empty UK Magazines?

Post by Scrap Monkey Mon 19 Apr 2010 - 19:00

Okay, a couple of people suggested that I submit Punky Jo to a magazine, and I thought I might be brave and do it.

Question is, are there any UK scrapping magazines still published? I used to get SI, which I know has 'ceased to be', and since we are out on a limb and nothing much filters out here. Is the scrapbook magazine still going? Are there any others? Shout quick before I change my mind UK Magazines? Icon_redface

Scrapbook magazine
email lindsey.hopkins@practicalpublishing.co.uk with an image.
Theyre' a bit tight and don't say they give prizes or anything but if you email it with a letter to papercraft inspirations or another mag like that you might get a gift.
Go for it, it knocks spots off the stuff they publish from a lot of their designers. That's my big mouth again.

Yes, definitely Scrapbook Trends as they have only layouts and scrapping projects and no adverts or silly trite stories.

Don't think that will be a problem, since it was her that suggested it. I wouldn't dream of even talking about it to you lot without havig checked with Jo first, don't worry.

I know Scrapbook trends are looking for layouts, my teamie over the road has just had one accepted by them and this sounds like its something a bit different.

Think it would look great in print! What a keepsake that would be.

Ditto everyone elses comments. Though no idea of where you could send pic.

Didn't realise SI had ceased. But PI used to have LOs in it didn't it.
