Finally got round to adding a photo to the LO I did at the retreat. It's my friend Yvonne who was my friend throughout nurse training and bridesmaid at our wedding (that's what I've put on the journalling that doesn't show on here).

yes Kim they are metal with the word says "Friend". There are also some liitle heart buttons in the right bottom corner which I've just realised you can't see properly.
