Some Stamping...
I did these today using my Graphicus stamps.
More distress inked backgrounds but this time on ultra smooth white card. Stamped 3 times and layered up.
The white one is single and I put DG in the middle and some of the Art Accentz beads (tiny, tiny things). I think I might put this one on a card stamped with my fave fern stamps and some green ribbon.
The friends one is also layered and I've since coloured a few small dots with red, so I think a red strip of card and maybe some red/white gingham ribbon might look nice on a card with it.

Re: Some Stamping...
Totally yum, the depth and warmth of colour in that orange flower is gorgeous, and I'm not keen on orange. Loving the micro beads too.

Yup - they all float my boat! Love the soft blending of colours on the orange one.

Oh these are great, the friends one would look great in blue and white as well.

Re: Some Stamping...
love the orangey one of course (thinking of changing my name to sunset shades) but theya re all pretty. so are there three different sizes of the flower stamp then? I still wanna know how you get the colours so evenly blended.

Maria, the middle and outer petals are the same stamp and the middle layer is another stamp that matches.Maria wrote: so are there three different sizes of the flower stamp then? I still wanna know how you get the colours so evenly blended.
To blend my colours I use finger sponge daubers. The distress inks soak up really well into them and then I just rub it on the card firmly. They blend really easily if you have enough ink on your dauber. Usually do 3 or 4 coats to get this depth of colour.
