Pic was taken at home as Sam wouldn't let me take a picture at school but he got his GCSE certificates and also the trophy for school achievement 2010

Oh, well done to Sam, Ruth - what a nice looking boy he is, too (can say that, now I'm grandmother/great grandmother age!).

Agree about the paintwork, too: ours is mostly white, which I don't mind, but the handrail and little bit of bannister at the top of the stairs was ghastly. Steve sanded it down, dust everywhere, but it will only go orange as it's pine.
