I put them in the other thread. I was going to c & p them to here and forgot. Duuuhhhh!!!!!!
I'll do it now. Mr Green

..........

OMG!!!!!! I thought you girls did a superb job last year, but you've surpassed yourselves this year. It's just wonderful. Thank you, thank you.

Karelyn - Billy Bud. I knew very little about Benjamin Britten so it was really interesting and love the papers.

Helen - Madame Butterfly. One of my fave opera's and composers. Gorgeous pages and some smashing info on Puccini.

Steph - Marriage of Figaro. Love the flap. Absolutely fabulous papers and the pic of the modern portrayal is well different.

Maria - Carmen. Beautifully put together, Maria. I love the little paper fan, it's gorgeous.

Tina - Julius Ceasar. I learnt a lot here. I didn't know Handel wrote operas so this was a surprise entry. Love the colours you've used.

Ruth - Lohengrin. This is a smasher Ruth, not least because you've included a CD. That first soprano singing is just WOW!

Kate - Where The Wild Things Are. Didn't you do well, hun, lol. I've never heard of either the opera or Oliver Knussen, so this was great. Absolutely love the pics, pmsl.

Cynthia - Aida. Loved this. Verdi is one of my fave composers and Aida is fabulous. Some gorgeous pics here, Cynthia.

Sue - Salome. Another lovely surpise entry. I never think of Strauss as a composer of operas so this was a great entry. Fabulous pic of him too.

Kim - Porgy and Bess. I absolutely love this opera and one of my all time fave songs 'Summertime' is from it. Kim there is a phenomenal amount of work here, it must have taken you ages. I love it.

Thank you, girls. I'm over the moon with the whole thing. It's just beautiful.

I knew this would be a stunnner, and it is, although the subject is dreadful (LOL) I bet you'll enjoy ploughing through all that info about the different composers and operas. An education for us all.

I'd almost forgotten what I'd done, I did have to plough through quite a few pics of men with no tops on for this, I hope you realsie what a trial these things can be LOL
I seem to remember that Renaissance art was a bit like that for me too.

I Love the lace on Lohengrin Ruth.
