Altered CD

Oh this is lovely Lorraine.

Had to play I'm afraid. We're doing a comp on the Crafty Pad for an altered CD and as I run the blog, I had to make one.

The paper, Maria..it's just a couple of bits of single layer tissue crumple stuck with DG and then inked.

The buttons were white, so I alcohol inked them, used some rub-ons and then crackle glazed them, but it wasn't dry when I took the pics, pmsl.

Oooohhhhh love it. I have played with cds in the past -
perhaps I should have another go.

Oh that's better Lorraine, seeing you do something just as you always did. It is superb - and I must give one another go. I had great fun altering some a while ago now ... but I must try the tissue paper lark too. Beaut!!

Er right, so why no link? I've never seen the crafty pad, is it a private site?
As soon as I saw the title and the name Lorraine under it I knew it would be good, I have one of those flowers on the card topper swap which is hanging on my craft room wall, I love it. I'm not hugely into altering but I like this.
