Card for a friend
The friend for whom I have made this is the most superb craftswoman, so it was hard to do something special. Only taken me two hours!!!!! She's also mad on butterflies.

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date

Oooooh Patty. That's lush. It's so elegant. Have to say, I'm a great fan of CI too.

Re: Card for a friend
Beautiful card, and I can say that despite loathing the little flappy creatures!LOL
Re: Card for a friend
It was the "middle" of an artificial flower - I had a great bunch of them when I cleared out a flat for someone who had died and my sis wanted the flat cleared. They have become known in the family as "Tony's flowers" and are silk - all colours, shapes, sizes, etc. and very useful!! He had about 30 vases of the things round the flat.

Lovely, I do like the punched out butterflies being used, near the border they're punched from, very pretty but not 'nance'.
