Autumn Empty Autumn

Post by cb Mon 7 Jan 2013 - 21:04

Whilst sorting out my craft room I came across the Autumn twinchies we'd done and decided I could do something with them using this frame. I stamped a background using distress inks and mounted them as below. Not sure whether to leave the frame as it is or decorate it, what do you think? Thought about stamping on it but it's already varnished.

Personally I think it would detract from the twinchies if you add anything to the frame, they look fab like that, nice job.

I'd leave the frame too Cath. I love what you've done there. It looks gorgeous.

its super Cath, really a lovley piece and if you do anything at all to the frame, Id merely paint it an autumny orange colour but thats just me and its really nice as it is and probably goes better in your home like that.

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date  Laughing

That looks so pretty, another one for leaving the frame as it is.

Thankyou I'll leave it as it is, and if you can just see the leaf on the wallpaper behind it matches my dining room too.

That looks lovely, Cath - what a super idea. Have loads of frames myself, so really ought to do something with the swaps I've got.
