Fused glass

this is what I made yesterday, we were a bit limited with materials and were supposed to be making one square piece of glass, but I didn't want too,lol. So I asked her if I could make some pendants and hangings and a lot of others did the same. We used mostly copper wire and foils with some glass thrown in too. I made an owl for rosie.

they look pretty , are you going to hang it as one piece with smaller ones dangling , make a nice window catcher

Got a phone call today to say they are ready Karilyn, but may have to wait till hols before I can get back to Sleaford for them.

The three larger ones are for hanging the others are pendants and a pair of earings.

I bet you can't wait, I hope time flies until then for you. Lovely things.

Hmmmm, Bob got them today and I am so disappointed. Pendants are fine, but hangings look like they have been knocked or slipped in firing!!

Thats a shame Jo. sorry that it has happened to them. Hope you can get to do the class again to get some nice ones.

They look great, Jo - such a pity about the hanging decorations and the earrings. Have you asked the tutor yet about what could have happened?

They are super, there's just one that's a bit squiffy to my untrained eye, I'm sure you'll be able to do something with it.

ooooo yes tried to email pics to Stevie but her mailbox was full so just done it again as she said she had deleted loads,lol. She is going to look at the pics.

Lovely pieces especially the owl, shame about the slipped ones, hope the firers got a slapped wrist for that
