All the blocks are 12", and yes, we all specified up front what our colour schemes were. Mine is black and white, have had some funky ones so far, will take pics. I think we swap for 11 months, then make the last one ourselves.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order, just like they should be.

pretty fabric , and colour . looks very neatly done too . great idea but what youy going to do with 12 ..12 inch squares when you have them .

With some sashing (extra strips between each square and all round the edge) it would make up to a single bed quilt, Kim.
