Stitching is now properly finished

I finished this a couple of weeks back, only just got it of the camra.
As you see I did a edge stitch around to stop the frying (Nun stitch) and then I did pulled work to give it a border. I did wounder if the colour isn't to good a match and its not easy to see the stitches.

Looks lovely, it's a nice way to finish off a piece of work that's not going to be framed.

That's gorgeous, Alison - is it a Mill Hill piece? I realised as I looked at it that I was supposed to dig round and find whether I'd got any info on the edging stitch - sorry.

Yes Lynda it is a Mill Hill, but it gives no idea on what finish to give it. You did say , but in your defence you were ever so busy and then got ill and I said I would google to see what I could find and this was what I found. :)
