Slow cooked Pork, chinese sauce. Empty Slow cooked Pork, chinese sauce.

Pork medallions or loin chops.
1 diced onion
Clove garlic, grated
1/2 teas grated ginger
1/4 teasp ground black pepper
1 tblsp sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup chicken stock

Turn slow cooker onto high
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Put the Pork into cooker and pour sauce over.
Cook on low 4-6hrs
Ladle off liquid and reduce or thicken with cornflour.

I served with stir fried veg, noodles and boiled rice.
