Cards for men
Three cards, lots of recycled stuff, as usual:
Top one I copied from Pinterest: great for using up scraps - embossed panel and the five banners. Wouldn't normally put 'with love' on a man's card, but it's my oldest friend's birthday. Bottom left is the 'negative' from a flourish die-cut, mounted with white behind and then a silver mount, HB also mounted on silver and two silver gem things (well, not gems, just domed circles). Bottom right based on a gold and black panel I cut from a used card, with a recycled HB mounted on gold and three gold gem things. Both cards are a pearlised black, but it doesn't show up on the scan.
Hope there's some inspiration there: I know we all have trouble thinking up cards for men.

Re: Cards for men
Men need a bit of love too Lynda, why not.
I love these ideas for using up scraps, but they don't use up enough of them do they. A nice way of using those tiny bits of 'too nice to throw away' paper though.
I have fantasies about getting some similar cards done while Mick and I are at home. If I'm switched on I'll get a coule in kit form to take to Addenbrookes as I'll have quite a wait there.

Great cards Lynda and I love the way you recycle things. I have a boxful of 'useful' bits that I don't seem to get round to using very often.

You must dive into the bits and pieces and see what you can come up with, Cath.
