Quickly finished this yesterday, as I wanted to wear it to the class: knotted waxed cotton cord, with wooden cube beads.  It needed a fastening, so I found a wooden button and added that.

Looks very tactile, reminds me of cubes we used to use when I was at school. I think I'd find myself happily fiddling with the beads lots.
