collage
Did this the other week, mostly bits that have been saved from bought and sent to me cards, some bits are left overs when I have made something and a couple of bits are from items that have been made and given to me but have fallen off the original piece of work and I have kept it. Now all displayed instead of being in a tin not seen. I have a tin with christmas bits in the same so will do that so as to swap at that season.

Re: collage
What a great idea, Alison, never thought of that! Certainly brightens up your craft room - am assuming that's where it is, reminding you of all the people who sent you cards and made you things.

Love that idea Alison and was wondering what you'd used for the base

Re: collage
Thanks for the lovely comments. Yes Lynda, it is in my craft room.
It is all either doublesided taped or glued onto a A3 piece of card, some of the background colours are the cards fronts with the embossed or attatched piece others are from my scrap box with bits in that colour tone ontop. When full I then pinned it to a cork board after putting stickles or pearldrops over the heads so they didn't stand out. It isn't ballanced which is why the keyring that Karelyn made in the photo swap and another keyring have a bigger pin and are hanging at one end. I have now got a gap where I had my cat keyring did hang, sits well where it is and I would never use it incase it got damaged or lost. Also by pinning it to the corkboard I will swap it for the christmas one (when its done). Got lots more christmass bits that I have kept so I will have to be selective on that one.

Re: collage
Thanks for letting us know how you did it, Alison. I think it's given us all ideas for displaying objects people have made for us or given us.
