Geri's New Year atc swap

Lorraine has given geri the all clear to organise a kids atc swap.

The theme is 'New Year Traditions Around The World' . Geri's idea is that each child who signs up would make 3 atc's, same, similar or different about a New Year tradition from a country of the world. Each child would get 3 back of course. Geri is making 4 as she wants to keep one of her own

The atc's need to be normal atc size 3.5 x 2.5 (inches) portrait format. Addresses and large stamp for return please.

Geri has chosen Spain for hers as they have a spanish teacher who has been telling them all about her country's traditions.

Each child can choose a country, it doesn't matter if they double up on countries as the atcs would be different anyway.

Sign up here, on this thread, before 14th January please, to be received by Geri by 28th January.

My "kids" are all well over the kids age!!!! Mind you, they act about six or five when they all get together you know.

I wonder whether my brother Tim would be up to doing an Atc???? I bet Laurens OR Geris would beat him hands down!

Suzy tell Geri that Sarah will have a think about it. I'll try and persuade her though!

Sorry, but I have nobody that can join your swap. One 4 year old who couldn't be interested, one boy 11 who wouldn't be interestedand one girl 13 that has reached that horrible lip curling stage, her lip, not mine by the way. Hope she grows out of it soon before the wind changes.

Rosie says she will join in with this.

Sorry my kids are are all furry with tails and no opposable thumbs! Could always make on on their behalf if you want a few more people to join in

Sorry Suzy - I did try to persuade Lauren, but she wasn't interested.
It it had been Hannah Montana or shoes/handbags it might have been
different.

thats fine steph, perhaps Geri will do Hannah montana swap in a few weeks if this one goes well. or even just a one to one swap with Lauren.

Have told a certain young lady that these need finishing off tonight so I can put them in the post to Geri tomorrow for her.

you would need to make 3 for the swap and perhaps an extra one to keep for yourself. They do need to be in by 28th Jan..or the next day for you..as we won't sort until we receive all of them.

Ok put me down for Chinese New Year (as Belle is a chinese crested)

Wont get em done tonight, but will do em tomorrow to post 1st class on the 28th!

I am so sorry, with one thing and another I forgot to remind Rosie and she hasn't done them yet. I will try to get her to do them asap, but they won't be with Geri today!!

Please apologise too her Suzy, I feel dreadful. I don't think i have ever been late on a swap!!

I have just reminded Rosie and she is upset that she forgot, blesds. She will try to get them done tomorrow so fingers crossed you should have them on Saturday.
