1st layout of 2009

Well, this one is my first of 2009 and is symbolic in many ways
- in that it is pink and green inspired by the lovely colours on my new 12 inch cutter I had from Patty for Christmas and my new pink mat which I love. The cheerful colours are representative my new years atmosphere of me making the best of things, like today is a good day cos i had time to scrap.
- it was the first layout to be made on the 'new' table.... DH has fixed a bit of flat chipbaord over the tabletop for me, enlarging it and removing the problem of ridges between the planks on the top (it has a plastic cloth over it so the chipboard is fine)
- photo taken in October outside my first ever crop, southend scrappers all day crop
-the letters were bought in the 99p shop on my last trip to Uk in 2008 (ie a few days ago)
-the lovely metal hearts and flower brads were sent to me by Billie in with my canny Christmas card
- I have used utee on my ribboin slide. had the utee from patty for christmas too and its the first time ive used that. changed the colour brown to pink.

so the layout is special to me anyway, but thought as it was Patty I woudl show it to you.
