not so sunny beach

I did a double layout yesterday . I hardly ever do a DLO these days but I had this one off kit for 2 pages and am well pleased with it.

It was on my birthday last year and you might recall we went to the beach anyway even though the weather wasnt really great. I have been wondering how to scrap these not very sunny shots but they seemed to suit the paler colours of this kit.

I cut the flowers and leaves out from a piece of paper in the kit. Very fiddly but kind of therapeutic.

OK I'm going to do a Maria and vote these the best LO's I've seen from you in a while M, love them, the narrow mats, overlapping photo's and climbing leaf stems, totally yum. I might even vote them the best I've seen on the forum this year, as I can't remember any others very well! LOL
