LEMON AND DILL SAUCE - SW
Slimming World syn free either day
142 ml/¼ pint chicken stock made with chicken bovril
198g/7 oz Quark
9tbsp chopped dill
finely grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp capers - optional but certainly adds that certain something
salt and pepper to taste
Serves 4
Place chicken stock in food processor with quark and blend til smooth. Transfer to pan and heat gently till hot.
Remove pan from heat and stir in the chopped dill, lemon zest and juice and capers if using. Season

sounds delcious..... not being able to get quark is becoming a bit of a nuisance!

Maria, have you ever had Quark so that you know what it is like. I would have thought that the french would have had something similar

aww Jan, thanks for that, that is so helpful. I dont have a Lidl but I can get fromage blanc, although not fat free. I will check the fat content on it when next in the shops
