A pretty Boy????

I followed this guy round my garden this morning. Anybody know what bug it is? He's about 1cm long.

He started off on some brickwork....



then he decided to explore my roses. Showing off, he thought he's flash his skills at walking upside down.



Finally, after me taking about a dozen pics, he'd had enough. He shouted "Enough already", opened his wings and flew off.

Looked him up, and it seems to be a Cantharid beetle

I've never heard of them or seen one before. Googled and most pics seem to be from America.

No, definitely a Cantharid Beetle, this is a lily beetle, Kim. I took this last year...so far this year, I've been lucky and not had any.
