FEBRUARY 2011 - RECYCLE

Something a little different this time.
I want you to make a CARD FRONT. It's to be 5 inches square.
Decorate however you want, but you must use 4 recycled elements on it.

You can use packaging, embellies taken from an old card, lace from an old petticoat.....whatever you can think of.
Put a note in telling me what the recycled bits are and then I'll send everybody a front out to make a card with.

Sign up by Friday 28th January - Fronts to me by Thursday 24th February.

I just recycled - wrote the details of this swap on the back of the piece of paper with January's swap on!

Nearly finished this - thoroughly enjoyed making it. I really ought to
make more as it has turned out very well (at least I think so) and it
would be great to use otherwise redundant bits and pieces.

To be honest, I can't really see the point in sign up dates as long as the stuff reaches me on time, lol. I nearly didn't put one, but then just did what's normal for me!

You're right about the sign-up dates: only relevant if it's direct posting, or you need to work out in advance who sends to who or if there's the right number joined up. Creatures of habit, though, aren't we.

I must admit I never even looked at the sign up date, only spotted the send to date. So if its ok pretty pleased add me.

I'm forever recycling, acetate from packaging, card and papers from toys stuff, wrapping paper, buttons, ribbons from chocs. Not a thing goes by me LOL.
