Have started my own art journal:

Need to decorate cover (and buy new book rings):


Work In Progress: Starter page, just playing with paints etc


The phrase "real vampires don't sparkle" was playing on my mind, so put it on paper


Always humming Under the Sea from the little mermaid, so was inspired this page. Cant help but feel like a 6yr old did it though lol

I dont know Kim, I guess with all the pages they are never really finished. So will add things as I go or when the whim takes me!

Got chinese last night where they put in 2 fortune cookies, I liked the sayings in them so have kept to journal lol

Can't see the cover (the dreaded red X) but the pages are great, Kate. Know what you mean about the Under the Sea one, though, but I think you'll find it will come together when you've added bits to it.

Look forward to seeing it as it continues.

So Sarah's course inspired you then I love the messy play when working on journal pages. Next you will be trying steampunk.
