Patty, you must be a Gucci then! I'm not looking for anything in particular, but hope to take inspiration from whatever I can acquire; if you (or anyone else) have any recommendations for good online fabric shops please point me in their direction.

Tina - have a look at Hancocks of Paducah - it is in the States, of course, but still works out far, far cheaper than any good quality 100% colour-fast cottons here in the UK, and I only use that type of fabric for my quilts. I was serious about giving you fabrics if you have any particular needs, just ask!

a gorgeous bag, must have been a great lift to make it and no to be able to enjoy it. x wish i had the know how.

must show you a pic of a bag i had made for me by a lady at craft club, a crafting bag of course. x x
