I'm assuming that, as Lorraine came on the forum yesterday evening and didn't post to say she'd received my twinchies, that the first class stamp didn't achieve its potential!

Aren't you having your post redirected, Lorraine? If so, it should have been with you the same time as if it had been sent to the new address.

I notice, too, that your old postcode is the same as the new one. Is that rather unusual, or quite common? No wonder the SatNav finds it difficult when the postcode covers larger areas than just one street.

Hiya Lorraine, I did send it to the new address, well it was the one of the forum addresses?, gutted it was posted at the main post office in town too

A full postcode only covers 14 houses, so Lorrraine's new one can't possibly be the same as her old one?????

Its up to you Lorraine as far as I'm concerned will go with what every is decided, did Emma put the right postage on as that can take a long time to get through, maybe you could check with your sorting office and see if its there.

Fine by me if you want to leave it another couple of days,
but am happy to go along with what you think is best.

Seems a shame to exclude Emma when hers could turn up any minute; I'd be happy to wait a couple more days and see if they turn up.

Fine by me to wait for Emma's to arrive, Lorraine. We had this happen to us earlier this year: posted at the main post office, like Emma, and took 9 days to arrive.
