Altered Books.

Probably not what you were expecting, lol. Not too happy with the first one as there's not enough pages, but you get the gist. The second one, I wanted to add more embellies to it, but nothing seemed to look right, so I just left it. It was going to have letters 'Make Time to Read' on it.

No - not what I was expecting, Lorraine, but I have seen these done and yours look fab. Could you not hang something from the second one (I see what you mean about nothing looking right actually on it) to say Make Time to Read?

No Billie. They're still in the book and then each page is folded at different places.

These are fabulous, I have never seen these before either.

New to me as well. When you said altered books, I imagined something very Tim Holtzy.

How unusual. Do you just leave them like that, are they then works of art...or do things get stored inthe pages like the coffeebag books that were all the rage.
