Just having a go with some framed pics/wall art
I admit these aren't great but I still like them, I was itching to do something and I spied something similar on twopeasinabucket so had a go, I like the button ones the best.
One flower is made from ribbons, one paper and chipboard and the other buttons.
Anyway I wanted to show you them.

love 'em gillian , i think the leaves on the first one are a bit too big hence it looks a bit squashed but other than that , they are great . i like the colours you have used too

I like em, are they stuck to the background? I'm thinking cream might be less stark a contrast than white. But I like em. Especially the crochet, must try that.
I nearly did something similar years ago when I decorated my craft rm, I got one of those frames with lots of little sections and got out lots of buttons etc in co-ordinating colurs, then realised that the glass wouldn't fit over the top of all the bumpy things, derr.

I like the middle one best. I think they are perfect to hang in
a craft room.
I was about to ask Karelyn 'what crochet' but have just spotted in
the middle of the first flower.

Thankyou, I can't take any credit for the crochet centre, that was from a handmade embellishment swap I was in.

That's a really clever idea, Gillian: I like things where you do several of one idea with different materials. Had a plan to do one myself once: can't even remember what it was now! The button one is gorgeous.

I love these Gillian, when we were away last week I saw a button collage on the wall in the lodge, I liked that but I like yours better.
