Craft day all day tomorrow on QVC

im undecided on tsv i love the lilac black and silver toppers but i preferred the disigns overall from last year i think.but it is incredible value and if i went and bought say 10 sheets from foilplay thats £15 already.38 sheets is amazing value.
but i do have the k&co winter wonderland pad on its way it looks gorgeous!!!!!!also have ordered the vivid christmas reflections card kit too from kanban,

nothing ,i dont really like kanban stuff , but not had time to look at crfat day yet , got to get ready for craft club now too so cant look til later this afternoon

Had a quick look before work, saw the tsv - not to my liking either.
May watch a bit later to see if anything nice enough to look elsewhere to buy from - their pp is far too much.

Missed it all and don't care!LOL. Am very over QVC

what a load of poo its been today dont you think , all that k and co stuff is yonks old , they must be getting rid of all the tat i reckon . mil rang me and said "! i am sending £50 up for you tmoro so if you see anything buy it ", and i saw nothing at all , not that i looked very hard to be honest but what i did see i would not pay pennies for never mind £££££££££'s. i thought i must have missed all the good stuff but i went through the website and no!!! b*g**r all!

Flicked over a couple times late last night and saw very little to inspire. One lot was a village scene, houses etc made to look like winter scene - why on earth would anyone want that?
There was a pad of foiled papers which had some pretty pages but they wanted five pounds for postage so can keep it.

I did have a look yesterday; too much foil for my liking! I reckon the stuff I saw was sponsored by Bacofoil

i missed the scenic traditional images from last years kanban christmas tsv but the winter wonderland kits ine evening were goreous!!!!!!i was so excitd i was buzzing!!!!!
(i dont get out much!!)
they were soooo nice i bought 2 of the traditional kits and 1 in the cute option.
i dont get the same excitement from jusr buying things individually online though i do do it.i just love craft day and think qvc and kanban did us proud yesterday free postage wd be nice but i always take postage into account when buying something and alot of there kits are amazing value even with postage.
look at the tsv for instance 38 toppers sheets which are £1.50 each online you can often get single sheets you like from foilplay.
i cant wait to gt my goodies!!!oh and did you not see the christmas reflections kit in vivid!!!!!wow!!!!
i bought that too and got the k&co wonderland pad too,which i have not seen anywhre online for sale yet or any of the other stuff i bought.
so im guess im the only one then??:-)))
i must say though im not a huge fan of c&c which is a good job imagine if i loved products they sell aswell id be bankrupt already me thinks!!!

I bought three tins of metal embellishments - they were on quite late last
night. There is a 72 hour craft madness on C&C but to be quite honest it's
practically the same old items all the time.
I don't really want any more Christmas stuff as I have vowed to use up everything
I already have. I've made enough for this year and was toying with doing next
years cards as well.

What on earth are you going to do with all those christmas cards Richard? I still have papers that I bought from a craft shop about 3 years ago lol.
Would be interested to work out how much postage you will be charged all together for that lot or have they finally seen sense and post it all together at one set charge (c&c do for about £8 I think which is crazy price)? It always really annoyed me that you had to pay for every individual item on QVC to be sent out in its own seperate parcel.

I know but I was on a roll making them, and i thought if I could get loads done
it would leave me clear for next year. I don't know if I'll get back into so easily
after the break/decorating. We'll see.

welll tecniquelly theres only cards in the wonderland kits the rest is paper,card,acetate ect.
the kits i got though were not just toppers they were in decoupage form but for instance one was a woodland scene with animals in and the decoupage builds up so the trees are round the outside and its invertaged like a scene.it was so nice!!!!
well i have alot of cards to send for my self but i will sell some at friends and im hopeing to get a stall at a craft fare near me in october.
i didnt have loads of christmas stash up to few months ago i suppose i could of managd to make enough cards for me at a push but wheres the fun in that!!!:-)
though now i have mor than enough for this year and next!!
i havnt begun to really make mine this year yet did one batch of 6 a5 simple topper ones the other day but thats it so far.

I must admit I cheated last year and had a photo printed for our c****mas card; but then my stash was (and still is) packed for moving!

Well i did enjoy seeing the K &Co stuff..., didn't like somre of the bits i saw, but i liked the houses scene and lots of other bits. I am put off by the postage, so won't be ordering.

The postage is a huge problem isn't it ? But having said that, for me to
go to crafting shops etc I need to go to Reading although Hobbycraft
has just opened at Bicester (closer but not as big as Reading), so it costs
me in petrol - that is providing I can get someone to take me.
I went a bit mad when I went with Tina to the workshop place as I had a
little extra money due to a little pension payout.

there is nothing wrong with splashing out and treating yourself steph . Im always doing it

i saw somone on another forum shed bought 9 items!!!
just seem show again with mum showing her,there gorgeous there like really classy 3d picturs that draw you in.
i think ill make a few as gifts for people to frame aswell.
i am quiet savvy though and do buy alot online aswell so i always have a prtty good idea what things cost so know if its good value with the postage and alot of them actially are,honestly!!
that and i am housebound mostly so i suppose that makes a difference but then again you often have more choic online than in reallife dont you.
i challenge anyone to find a better and more comprehensive supplier of anna griffin i know a few shops but even they dont compare really.
no unfortunaltly you only get discount on postage when buying more than one of the same item and then you save 50% on the postage of the second item.
i also know that pretty much everything i bought isnt available to buy anywhere else yet.
