some bad news on the kanban movie topper kit :-(

hi guys,
right ive finally got all the info,
the picture of the james bond topper as shown in the design sheet in the reflections kit.
was a topper from a prototype kit that kanban were working on,
unfortunatley they were not able to gain the rights to use this image and indeed were unable to gain rights to many major film franchises due to the price to do so.
im gutted!!!!i was so drooling and desperate to get my hands on this kit which dawn promised us was coming our way.
ive suggested older films as these may be less expensive like fred astaire and ginger rodgers films from the 30s,film noir from the 40s and musicals from the 50s.so hopefully they may loook into doing this but as far as anything forthcoming around the corner theres nout.
im so dissapointed.

Why use pictures from films why not use them as inspiration and make their own pictures? I'm sure the Kanban design team could come up with something.

Born Dippy shouldn't promise them if they aren't in production.

Interesting,. Surely they should be sure of the facts before
they even mention it on the tv. Bad communications.

thats what i think shouldnt have mentioned it if it was never certain of producing it.
