Cumin seeds ! who'd have thought. Looks as if someone's been using the nesties.

no steph thats a stamp i cut out ,damn i would have a lot less hassle using my nesties too . oh well too late now .

have you tried the cumin seeds with lamb??? yum yum only a tiny bit though they have a strong flavour .with a shoulder of lamb ( whole) all in one pot put the lamb ,spuds ,onions,garlic ,carrots,any veg really ,1pint stock ,seal it with foil and slowly bake in the oven for a few hours ...verry nice ,works just as well with chicken too
cumin also good in a shepherds pie when minced lamb is used ,just gives it that less bland taste ,again only a tiny wee bit .

Lovely LO. So far I've taken one pic of some crafting stuff I will get this done though, soon
