Craft Shop to Avoid

Mum ordered some stuff from this craft shop, took them almost a week to approve and take the money but mum still hadn't received anything, so she rang them today...

turns out 2 of the 3 items are out of stock! However you can still order them on the site and no mention that they dont actually have these items in yet!

Mum should be getting a refund but remains to be seen as the order is still showing as approved on the site!

Basically I wouldn't use them and mum wont be using them again.

Naughty to sell things they haven't got, hope she gets her money refunded with no problems.

i hate it when you can still order stuff and its out of stock ,and its even worse that they take your money for it too and then just put it on back order and you wait weeks for it .
thats why i stopped using craftsulove , they did it loads to me .

I've had that with Amazon, one book sold out but more coming in a month later, so I asked why they didn't send the other three I had purchased, they said they couldn't do that as it was all one order, so I told them to cancel the order and refund me, my books arrived next day free of charge.

Wet and miserable here today, but hey I don't have to water the garden

same here billie ,its peeing down and its heavy and looks as if it could be set in for the day but as you say ,the gardens need it badly
