That is fabulous, Jodi! What a great vintage feel to it (I love vintage!). Never thought of doing anything like that with a glass plate - we should be able to find them for next-to-nothing in charity stores here.

planning to make these in sets and selling at flea market booth I have an image of a man also...thinking maybe I need to cut them a little larger...

LOL Yes we do have Flea Markets over here, and Bootfairs, which are a bit more popular in my area.

Maybe we should explain, Alison, that a boot fair is where a whole load of people gather in a field and unload (usually unwanted) stuff from the boot (trunk) of their car onto a table they've brought, from which they sell it. I only say this, because I don't think they have things like this in the US.
