the start of a lifelong love
Now maybe this is where my love of beaches has come from?
1969 (or so). I remember that black swimsuit of Pattys. I love this photo and even though its a bit blurry adn the colour isnt great its ok scrapped in 8x8 and makes a precious memory. I bought the lace in the Uk (someone was asking me what I did with it?) and I threaded the pink down it myself. The stamped title is courtesy of Lorraine again - gosh i couldnt live without those stamps.

Very pretty, like the way you have used the lace.

Re: the start of a lifelong love
It's lovely Maria and co-ordinates so well.
I have some photos that aren't brilliant but it doesn't matter. They are old
piccies and not expected to be perefct and I think that adds something.

Re: the start of a lifelong love
Ooooh! How I long for that lovely thick mop of black curly hair!!!! It's about the only regret I have in life now, that my hair is thin, and totally white. Lovely layout Mia - I have that photo still to scrap.

Re: the start of a lifelong love
Patty your hair is a beautiful colour now, but I admit to being surprised at how dark it was, I can see the likeness in the two of you from this.
Ditto what Steph says about photos.
Very pretty LO.

Great LO!!!
Love the chocolate/pink theme. Reminds me of ice creams I used to buy when a child. Shopkeeper used to let me have half a scoop of both.
I think it is really lovely to scrap older photos. They are so precious.
