Stephs spectacular ATC

I just had to show you this really super ATC Steph made for me in the Permanent ATc swap for this month.

I adore the colours and it so cheerful. The feathers and ribbons hanging down are hanging free and are strokeable.

now i have figured out what it is i can admire it , at first i thought it was an indian head dress , you know " big chief sitting bull" and all that , but then i saw the word masquerade and realised what it was , and i think its fabby

It really is quite something, isn't it? Such a bright and cheerful ATC to look at on dreary days (well, on sunny days too!!)

dont show cajun jane, she loves anything mardi gras like...
