Handmade flowers DSC00537

Handmade flowers DSC00536

I made these yesterday ,ive been wanting to have a go for ages and i found some netting and organza from when i used to do wedding things years ago (all gold) so cracked on with some . Its great fun melting the edge of the organza over a candle flame but not when it melts too much and goes on your hands>.ouch !! or when it settles on the expensive resin table outside and will not come off ,leaving black miolten lumps everywhere ....steve not seen that yet . affraid

Wow - sumptuous flowers. How do you stick the middle bits
on ? Don't envy you telling Steve about the table.

Phew, I was going to suggest trying to put an ice pack on them to see if they chip off. Purple and lemon ones are my faves, very very usable these, yum.

Oh lovely KIm, I won't tell you how much I paid for a fascinator in Claires acc today, and they were cheap compared to other shops. There were some not unlike your lovely flowers and no where near as nice as these.
