Christmas Tree Festival
I was quite restrained with the pics this year, esp as I'm not so good at holding the camera still for no flash so here's a few
]
Very topical, lots of pics of different kids of bees, bee jokes, v corny mostly and bees made from pine cones, I liked this one.
]
I think this was the constellation, lots of stars.
]
Lots of cross stitch 'gifts' on this, I liked the gift of sleep and various others, not physical pressie type gifts, very nice work, and different.
I wondered what would happen to these afterwards, a pity they weren't all they same size as they'd have made a nice hanging or book.
]
This is our ministers tree, 'Do not be afraid' she put tags in a box for people to write their fears on and a prayer about them, this is the one I wrote on. DH was amused by the angels heads lighting up.
There was one with fresh gerberas and other flowers on, in phials, and a lovely one with animals like squirrels made from broom type stuff, it looked good but I can't describe it. The red hat society did one, and several recycled things to make decos. I voted for the recycled one in the kids section I couldn't resist the bell made from a crisp pack bearing the words prawn cock! Sorry, irreverant I know but it amused me, just beat the toothy one for my vote.

What a great idea - I don't think we have anything like that, and nice
to see handmade items and recycled bits. Also had to laugh at the prawn cock
