St Lucia -resort and our villa - Image heavy

The villa we had was amazing. Very very posh and upmarket. It is
owned by a Harley Street doctor, and to rent, it costs £3800 a week !!!
My goodness, how the other half live eh ?

this looks just brilliant, and how lovely to have that luxury, albeit for a week.

Wonderful, it's a hard life for some that's for sure. So glad you got chance to have a taste of it, I guess a week was enough for you anyway. It looks stunning.

A week was long enough for me. Den said it would have been nice
for a couple of weeks, but not for me.

It looks wonderful, Steph and I'm so glad you were able to go.

The resort is very well run, although sometimes the St Lucians are just a
little too laid back. They don't hurry and everything is done in their own time.
I suppose that's how they cope with working in that constant heat.
Apparaently, even at Christmas, the weather stays exactly the same.
To get to and from villas (ours was very very high with a fantastic view)
they run a free shuttle service - too huigh up to walk even for the fittest.

Kenny and I loved it in St Lucia, but I know what you mean about expensive. We didn't buy any food, drink or anything else except water!! I am just so very glad you all got the chance to have a week there though, as on the bad or down days, you will always all remember how wonderful it was. Of such things are true memories made that never do fade, come what may! (I speak from experience there!!)
