I am having great trouble getting started back on the diet, got cravings to eat, nothing special just feel hungry all the time, so as its only biscuits, other than my meals, I have in the house I'm afraid thats what I am eating, have run out of fruit but that was not doing much good as was eating far to much of that daily, so I am going to hold of till I have the scan and diagnoses.

I decided today that I was going to treat myself this week, and then I will start again in a couple of weeks, so I got my self a couple of strawberry and cream tarts, some choccies and fudge, but I also got a lot of fruit and salad makings so will not completely binge out, but I do need some pampering and as I have no one to do that for me I have top do it myself.

I don't blame you Billie, you have had a lot to worry about recently. I am a firm believer that being nice to yourself once in a while can make it easier in the long run, self-deprivation can be terribly boring!

Well done, Its still a loss Billie so thats a good thing YES!!!!! It just makes it where you need to stick to it more firmly for it to shift more and do what you have been to stay around where you are. Up to you what you want.

Look back to the beginning and see what you've lost as a toatl, also think what you might have put on if you hadn't been trying so hard, I seem to put on about 1/2 stone a year, so that's a bit more you have kept at bay if you're the same.
It's even harder if you can't get to exercise much. You've done well, don't forget it.

Great advice to you on here Billie, look back at the progress you did make, and then forward to more success.
Try googling the exercises you can do sitting in a chair or on the bed, keep doing repeats, it will help with mobility and a 'feel good' element to it,
Try not to get downhearted, plod on until it feels better, it will if you put all that effort in again x you can do it x

Have not put anything up since last time as I am the same weight as then, even although I did goodness knows how much walking and as Lesley said we ate an awful lot of cakes, and since I have got home have pigged out on fudge and toffees, so I wonder how much I lost with all the walking, maybe have to start walking a bit more here now

Well after yo yo,ing between 13st 6lbs and 13st 2 lbs for the last few weeks I have finally stuck to correct eating and have now lost 3st since I started in November, well chuffed will now carry on.

Thrifty I weigh myself every morning at the same time, and yes I have dropped from 24 to 20 so can now wear some trousers and tops from a long time ago, must have known I was going to do this at the back of my mind or I would have thrown them out, I have also taken tucks in each side of my 24 trousers, so yes I know I have lost loads but have been stuck here for at least a couple of months now, don't want to go back on that diet again, and the more I think about it the more I don't want to.

billie remeber that in this sort of weather we people who take heart meds etc will retain that bit of extra water ,well i do anyway ,dont know why i do but i always swell up in warmer weather ,iu can tell by my fingers so it could be a bit of water retention
