Billie I to am sorry that this hasn't given you the loss that you had hoped for. If it has given you a idea of what is more healthy than what you were eating then it is not all a waste of effort. I will cross my fingers for this next lot to do what you hope.

That's a shame Billie. I know the reason I can't lose weight is because
of my lack of exercise. In my situation, it is the way things are.
I shall never be slim again =- not like I used to be, and haveaccepted
that now. I've stopped worrying about it and feel better for making
that decision.

Oh I have as well Steph, its just that a lot of my pain would go away if I lost weight, and thats really the main reason I have been trying.

I always think winter is a very hard time to try and lose weight anyway.
Do keep it up Billie, weight fluctuates anyway from one day to the next. Try to find some sort of exercise you can do, even while sitting. Give it another few weeks at least.

it may just be an off month sometimes our body doesnt do what we expect when were losing weight,
also depends when you are weighing yourself as my mum was saying for herself the other day as a lady.
last month for instance i lost only 2Ibs and 1 inch of my waist, this past month ive lost 5Ibs but nothing off my waist, doesnt make much sence really does it!!xxx

Okay will weigh myself tomorrow in morning, and see what it is, Lesley keeps saying she can see I have lost weight but I cannot understand if I have lost no weight how can I have lost inches, I know muscle make more weight than fat but that is if you are excersising, I'm not as I can't just yet, so we will see.

But it must be doing you some good then if Lesley say's she can see a difference. How much more of the food have you got? Is it costing you very much more than your food bill was before doing this?
If it is costing not much more then the no hassel factor has to be keep going for that reason.

Hang on in there, hun.
Your metabolism may be very slow due to age and sedentary lifestyle. It will take longer to get going.

Allison it only cost £5+ a day, there are two problems with the food there is far to much tomato in the meals and and to many with it, also the soups are far to thick I have to water down about half of the soups I ordered.

There you are Billie - 5lb in 2 weeks is good. I know the dieter always
wants ito be more and faster, but it's not good to lose too much too
quickly. Also I think Lorrine is right and those reasons apply to me
as well. Hugs.
