I'd love to see this IRL, we had a lady with doll's houses at WI recently and she had similar things, boy the work that will have gone into this, it is fabulous. So much better as it is a copy of a special place to your family too, bravo!
I'm glad you've got it on display now.

This is fantastic, Dawn: my friend in Wales would love to see it as she is into dolls houses. I think she made a shop as a gift for a friend of hers. I love the barrow with the sack of spuds on it! Are all your fruit and veg made with Fimo or similar? Have you done anything else like it?

What a lot of work and so much detail Dawn, it's great.
Must show this to Malcolm, he worked for many years in greengrocery and his Mum had a florist shop in her younger days.

Thank you for all your lovely comments.
Most of the things are handmade cos I wanted it to look as near as possible to the real thing.
Lynda all the fruit and veg are made from fimo.
My dad was the one who first got me interested in dolls houses so I wanted to make this for him unfortunately he didn't live to see it finished.
I have a dolls house too that I will photograph later and let you have a look.

Missed this when you put it up. This is fabulous. I had guessed the fruit and veg were
Fimo as I've made similar in the past. I once did an ATC for Nona's swaps with a veg box.

It's a fabulous achievement, and the bicycle and lamp are a lovely touch. Well done.
