Cor blimey! Lots of bracelets

i have been making some bracelets (with my mum) in the hope to raise some funds for christmas! Mum had lots of fun helping me make these, i was hoping to take her mind off worrying about dad.

I am selling them for £7 each instead of £10 just to earn some cash for pressies for the kids.

Does anyone know where i can get 15mm or bigger gold and silver coloured shank buttons or two hole buttons from?

No idea about the buttons Carol, but those bracelets are fabulous. Where did you get the pattern from?

Do they have to be flat, Carol, or can they have a rounded top?

i googled gold and silver shanked button and lot came up best i could see was traynonstrimmings. co.uk

If you want some buttons in the New Year I could make you some lampies

Tina - I have actually made a few with lampies as buttons! Thank you for offering. I like to collect orphan beads, and these bracelets are a great way to use them for that xxx

Think I'm going to have to have a go at these: something to get the girls interested at Jewellery Group (or maybe Kathryn would like to teach it at one of our evenings). Better check if I've got the right cord first.
