Chinese dies
Has anyone tried any of these dies from China? From 99p on eBay: wondered about sending for one, just to see.

Re: Chinese dies
Think the Chinese have discovered the lucrative die market, so producing them at rock-bottom prices - like everything else!

Re: Chinese dies
How about the set of 8 stitched rectangle dies here, Lorraine:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8pcs-Rectangle-Cutting-Dies-Stencil-Set-DIY-Scrapbooking-Album-Paper-Card-Decor/222272479441?_trksid=p5411.c100167.m2940&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140131123730%26meid%3D48be1b34883a4d42a4c4b0e070b21b50%26pid%3D100167%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D291912895813
If you search on eBay for dies in Crafts and display them in Lowest Price order, you'll see a whole load of auction-style listings for the Chinese dies, starting at 1p! If they're any good, it'll do the die manufacturers some harm.

Re: Chinese dies
Watching with interest, not heard anything about them before.
They are probably as good as any of the 'freebies' from craft mags.

Re: Chinese dies
I haven't yet sent for one of the chinese dies, but I did buy an embossing folder:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/391594423276?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&var=660714705999&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
I paid £1.49 but, as you see, it's now down to £1.29, including postage! Have tried it out and I get really crisp emboss, so am very pleased, especially at that price.
