Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
Right, all done, girls. They'll be in the post tomorrow. Not too bad really, only 180 to sort, .
As far as I'm aware, none of you have got your own back and most have one of everybodies. As there were 12 letters and 15 swapees there is the odd cross over.
Now, originally the swap didn't officially finish until everybody had uploaded their final piece by Sunday 8th March and then I'd post all the twinchies in the gallery. We know Steph can't manage that and I have a sneaking suspicion that a few others won't be done either. So - I'm going to put the pics in the gallery anyway and hope to see your finished pieces as soon as you can. Put them into the same gallery but open a new post for each of them called 'Finished Twinchie Display' or summat.
Thanks for joining, girls.

Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
aww dont they look lovely.
Glad the date is extended cos I wont get mine back here until 8th at least, and I am in the Uk until 12th. you KNOW I will do a finished piece though.
ive been scanning the pic for my 'free' envelope to see what is coming but I cant make it out (reckon its that one on the far end, right hand side). In any case, I shall LOVE making this into something, maybe a layout, maybe a cover of a book about you all, to record all your naughtinesses.
Wotcha gonna do with yours then Lorraine?

Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
Anyone know where we get a form to fill in for a knighthood, for services to the crafting world?
What a job, I suppose the perk is that you get to see them all, but even then phew!
G'd on ya sport, thank you.

Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
Good job I made a spare one of mine then, I thought we were getting one of ours back but made one with my initial on, lol. You nearly didn't get them. THank you for extending the date. I will do it, but not sure when!
Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
Lorraine, thanks so very much for organising and running all this- no mean task with so many. Have been to look at the individual pics and I would give them ALL house room - will defo make something with them, although like you might not be a layout. Watch this space. What a splendid idea for a swap it has been.

Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
I think I'll make another one when I get home, just so I know what I did.
I think I know what I'm going to go with mine, so I will make an extra 'S'
which should work well.

Think I may do something that hangs as well but not 100% sure, it may have to wait till I move and see if my new rooms inspires me
Tell ya something now Lou, do not envy you having to sort all those out in the slightest!
Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
Had to do a few repair jobs on some as well.

Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
This has been super.... thank you for the idea and for organizing it. I hope mine wasnt one of the ones needing repairing, I had a bit of a fight getting the embossed letters to stick down on tow of them and had several goes, although I was sure they had stuck before I sent them...

Re: INCHIE SWAP...with a difference????
Have looked at all the piccies that Lorraine kindly posted, and they're all wonderful, girls! Will look forward to seeing all the completed projects, as and when.
Funny you should say that about the mail, Patty: we got nothing yesterday and just one letter today and Steve is expecting a CD from Amazon which was posted last Thursday (not like their packages to take this long). I said I wondered if there's strikes and they're not telling us.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order, just like they should be.
