Maria - I couldn't work the pages out, hence my note. I just did both pages
numbered '5' and hope that Kim works it all out when she gets it back. You
pages will be the two numbered '6'.

did you find it the same as me Steph then, that the pages werent together? and is that buckle on the front supposed to open?

also, if I put the pages that go togehter together then half of them look like they have been done upside down.

Maybe Lorraine can shed some light as to how it was when it came to her, and maybe Kim can say where the other sign in page is supposed to go. I think we must be folding/unfolding or opening it wrong.

The buckle does open - the top part pulls up if you put your finger
underneath the front edge. I don't think you'll break it so don't worry.

I think the idea is, you open the right side and the left side, and you
will have a page of each entry facing each other, but I couldn't get
used to it, so hope I did mine right.

ok, well Ive undone the buckle now and will wait for further instructions. it looks like maybe the sign in pages are supposed to be all at the front laced the same way and then maybe it alternates.

Im sure yours is right Steph, yours is the same way up as everyone elses (and your entry is fabulous as usual)

Crying Laughin Crying Laughin Crying Laughin
yes the buckle opens ,it needs to loosen a bit though as its new , i hammered the leather to hell and back and trimmed it too ,but its still too stiff .im hoping that by the time i get it back it will have worked a bit softer .

i numbered the pages so it made it easier and yes maria you look through it by doing one left then one right ,one left then one right and so on . the sign in pages work the same way and none should be in the midddle ,both at the front ,one on the left and one on the right
..oooh my god what have i done ??????

Well, I have to say that I was a bit confuddled when I got it, but I did work it out. Because Kim has numbered the pages, it was easy to see what went where.
The confusing bit, as you say, Maria is that you have somebody elses work showing on the same 'bit' as yours when it's open, but that's how it is.

Just do both page 6's and you should be right. Mr Green

hmm, well I can see what you mean, but theres still this sign up page in the middle of it all. I think its been put back funny, I will try and see what goes where, for example Lorraine one of your pages was next to Kims and the other was 3 or four sheets away. Im worried about doing it the right way up but will do the same as everyone else has done and let someone else fathom it out!

You'll love the book though Kim, some super work and I particularly loved Lorraines artist and Stephs work.

Will not post from the same post office again, I went during lunch break rather than wait till after work and last time I did that it took 2 days. Daft, if I post from home at 4pm it gets there next day no probs.
Anyway, I have the wild animals and I don't know what to choose as I'm fed up with my faves having done them before, twice. It's a lovely book.

Maria - can I post Gillian's CJ onto you next Friday before we go.
I think it would be better doing that rather than waiting until we come
back. If it's too early I will keep it. I will finish it next week.

Started on Kate's wishes today. Mr Green

When I opened it, my table was covered in tiny accent beads affraid so I've done a repair job on your page, Kim and sealed everything with a tidy job of Diamond Glaze. Mr Green

well Steph sent me Gillians early becasue i have finished Kims and will give it to Patty to take home and post at the appropriate time to save postage. If I do Gillians before mum comes I may do the same with that too but I will get mum to hold them until the posting dates if they are in the UK, where its easier to judge.

Thanks for the pms by the way everyone, and I know where I am going with this one now.

Well I have reluctantly decided that the postal serice is not what it used to be, mine hasn't arrived either way, here or there. I wonder how long they'd take 2nd class.
Last year they were always next day delivery.
