Anyone fancy swapping some stamped images?

I am bored with all of mine and want some new ones to play with, but cant afford to be buying new stamps

So if anyone fancies doing some swapsies, let me know if there is anything of mine you fancy and I'll stamp it up

Its this or I go looking for images to pinch from somewhere

Have you thought about buying some digi ones kate , they are priced at about 99p and you use as and when you like time and time again and can print them any size .

I too have thought about digi, ruth sent me links to a few and they seem quite good. Saw a gorgeous one for a unicorn head today in hobbycraft, but it was £10 and I couldn't justify that just now.

Depends what sort of stamps you looking for hun. I've got all sorts of different ones but wouldn't have a clue what to do for you. Might be best to just swap some ad hoc. I'll try to remember to have a look later.

other thing is to just google images for something and find an outline one and print and colour yourself. Have done that before, its just like printing out the images off digi anyway.

I cant even really afford digi stamps either want new books to read as well!!!

Gawd hobbycraft is so expensive Karin, did you make a note of the name of the stamp? Maybe on ebay!

Maybe I'll just go bug Ruth and raid her images and have a cup of tea

I did make a note, have just looked up unicorns anyway and actually came across the stamp on a site I've seen before, it was a pound dearer on here. Not actively looking at the mo, but will def be looking on ebay.

What kind of images are you looking for? I've got loads of stamps and could do some for you.

Same question as Sue - what images do you want? I can get some out ready for when you call over then you could stamp some up.
Better still if we arrange a craft play day then maybe Sue could join us if she is free.

Why don't we just stamp a few of something we might have and then KT can challenge herself to using them I'll have a look this weekend and see what I can do.

Types of images... I want something I can colour with promarkers (so not too fiddly), but I'd like to get away from normal images of Dragons/Unicorns/Fairys/Cats/Dog!
Some people stamps would be nice!

I promise once I've done this sorting I will do some for you. Not got loads of different mind, but bound to be different to what you've got.

sounds like you want the cute sort.... I havent got anything colour in-able I dont think, and certainly none of those cutesy people types (with or without mouths).

just as wel really cos i havent got any decent white card either, so think i will miss this one out!

Well I'll quite happyily do a stamped image swap even if its just for my own selfish needs let me work out the details and I'll post it up!

I've found some really good card for promarkers, it's a slightly textured one from the paper mill. Their doing a deal where you get a box full for £3 which I'm gonna buy next week (payday), if you like Maria will send you a couple of sheets x

Yeah, go on Kate, do a swap........mind you I cannot find my Stazon for love nor money, so I am going to have to buy a new one, just for the first one to turn up, lol. Been looking for it ever since I put most of my craft stuff into boxes upstairs just before Xmas.

Misty if she's colouring in with promarkers you can't use stazon. There is one called Memento Ink Pad. Joanna Sheen sells them and she doesn't charge p&p

Janes right Misty, yes I'll be using my promarkers and no they wont work with stazon!

I use Impress ink pads which are pretty good, pretty cheap and work with promarkers

Maybe if I do a swap, we'll have to say half the images in stazon and half with pads that work with promarkers lol

i have only ever used stazon with my pm's

must admit I've used both, but on the odd occasion my stazon has smudged/bled if thats the right words.
