Race for life
M' colleagues and I, with DD.
I hadn't put my medal on in the 'after' shot, as, being a dizzy scrapbooker I was pleased that they'd given me some ribbon, until it slowly dawned it was wrapped around the medal LOL The little lad was on of the kids in school who came in with all our names written in pink on the back of his t-shirt with a good luck message.

This is Fabulous, and Well Done again on doing it.
Ours is in July and I do the after massage for my friend who does it every year.

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date

Re: Race for life
You could have a massage before and/after which I did. DD is in the RH pic (after) and a friend in the LH one (before).
I didn't have as much pain after the actual thing as I did from some of the practices. Walking quite normally, just slightly stiff, so I suppose practising was worthwhile.

Super layouts Karleyn, love the frames and the way you've used the ribbon.
